FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Functional Fitness is a 60 Minute Full Body workout designed around the development of strength, speed, and general body wellness. These classes are geared to develop everyone from novice to advanced athletes looking to sharpen their skills.

SWEAT
SWEAT is a 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class designed around getting the heart pumping and scorching away the calories using minimal equipment. These classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:15am.

READINESS
Readiness is a late night training course designed to improve the physical performance of law enforcement, first responders, military, and fitness enthusiast looking to spice up their training with conventional and non conventional lifting techniques and endurance work.

BODY BUILDING
Body Building is additional FREE workout planning included in our Unlimited Membership designed to sculpt the body and bring those show muscles out to play!

ENDURE
Endure is a 60 Minute training course provided every Sunday at 8:30am designed to help athletes gain an edge in endurance sports. This course is designed to create extended muscular durability and increase aerobic thresholds through steady state workouts and high intensity interval bursts.

HYROX TRAINING CLUB
Whether you are completely new to fitness or a seasoned expert, HYROX is the sport for every body, which is why our Training Club is perfect for you.
Here, all kinds of people come together to work towards one common goal, get in shape and feel good. The HYROX Training Club is more than just a training facility, it’s your space to find like-minded people, support each other, and have fun while working hard.
Our HYROX Group Classes, every Thursday and Sunday include high intensity functional fitness and are a fun, engaging, and challenging way to get all-round fit, but they are just the beginning of the journey. We have special HYROX events coming up for you that will be a great switch-up to our regular program and of course the HYROX Races are the ultimate challenge to test your fitness and compete against athletes around the world.
HYROX is the Sport of Fitness Racing accessible for Every Body and it all starts in the HYROX Training Club.
